So now we know the deck will have tokens in the deck, iirc it's 6 double sided tokens (or 3), Whats the odds on it being b/w tokens with a single Bitterblossom
in it?

Considering the price of Bitterblossom right now, that would mean most of the Event Decks will end up on eBay for twice MSRP.
I'm pretty sure the unbanning decision was made after the Event Deck was announced - since it took them longer than expected to announce the ban changes.

It would be counterproductive to Wizards objective to make Modern more accessable and economically viable for players if they do not reprint Bitterblossom , they don't need another $50+ card in modern. I'm not sure if the Modern event deck will be where we see a reprint, but it must be imminent. I'd also expect fetches.

I think Bitterblossom will see a reprint in Journey into Nyx

I doubt they will print Bitterblossom in standard. Its a very powerful card

also for standard, Bitterblossom is tribal which WOTC said they are staying away from.
Maybe BB will be in the event deck, but i'm not so sure they knew it would unbanned when they designed it

This event deck is suppose to retail for 70$ to help people get into modern and it has turned into another From the Vault 200$ retail at LGS

It's really a damned if you do/damned if you don't situation for Wizards, though. If they put lots of goodies in it, the LGSes will hike the prices. If they don't, people will complain about lack of value.
I suppose they could only sell to LGSes who agree to sell at MSRP, but that might piss of their merchants. =/

The odds of that being the case would depend on whether or not Wizards knew that Bitterblossom was going to be unbanned prior to the development of the Modern event decks.
My guess it that it's fairly unlikely... but not impossible.
