Holy crap.
Seems decent. Not really sure what to think right now. I'm not too impressed with the capabilities of delve as of yet, so I won't say anything yet.

Also of note is that this has the potential to work against Goyf in Modern and Legacy. You can kill a creature and shrink a Goyf at the same time. And with DRS banned, you're no longer encouraged to keep your lands in your yard anyway (Knight of the Reliquary notwithstanding).

I would expect a lot of Delver players to test this out in their decks. One-mana unconditional kill spells are pretty strong.

This looks pretty interesting indeed. As an avid Junk player, I can get behind this -

This makes me tingly in the right places. I'm planning on doing some Sultai control in Standard anyway, and this seems right up that alley. Being able to just murderize (basically) any creature by emptying out excess lands and such from your 'yard seems strong.

That seems good.
I'd like to see whether it's fast enough to see Modern and Legacy play. It's just barely too slow to be a consistent turn two cast, which does kind of limit it. But it gets progressively more dangerous as the game continues.
