Check out the explanation on the link to see where these came from. Very interesting. What do you think some of these cards will do? Spawning bed looks interesting. Maybe a land or something?

Spawning bed could very likely be an eldrazi land in the vein of Crucible of the Spirit Dragon to cast eldrazi with colors in their costs.

Blood Interstitial isn't a card art, it is just interstitial art for Battle for Zendikar (codenamed 'blood').

"Gideon, Ally of Zendikar" may imply that when Gideon turns into a creature... face it, Gideon PW cards always turn into creatures... it will be a Human Ally, and/or possibly have other Ally interactions.

If that is the case I'll be happy an Ally planeswalker does sound awesome i only hope he gets Ally subtype in the creature he transforms into.

Gruesome slaughter: This just screams removal. Maybe that devoid kill spell everyone wants?
Gideon's Reproach: Can't get it out of my head that this has to do with tapped/tapping creatures for some reason.
Gideon, Ally of Zendikar: A planes walker that can turn into a creature. (duh)
Conduit of Ruin: Eldrazi creature or land/artifact. Art suggests creature.
Spawning Bed: Eldrazi Spawn pump.
These are just my thoughts.
