Maybe not the best but not terrible. It hits Monastery Mentor (after a prowess trigger resolves). Lolz. Seriously tho, what were we expecting? Good lili?

I mean, pretty much on par with the usual stuff. No Stoke the Flames, but better than Frenzied Goblin.

Hordeling Outburst and Disdainful Stroke are good promos. I wish they would have done a more relevant uncommon (charms, Seeker of the Way, Monastery Swiftspear, Murderous Cut, trilands), but I'll be content if 2 out of every 3 are playable.

Love the artwork and I'm sure it looks better in foil. But, I really wish they'd go back to giving out basic lands in the theme of the current block as promos. Examples of what I'm talking about:

Guru Lands (given to what was then the equivalent to rules advisers):

OR, full art basic lands as promos. They don't want them flooding the secondary market so why not as prizes for top FNM performers?
