New Janky Mythic Rare

So there's a new black mythic rare spoiled called demonic pact.

Demonic Pact
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose an option which hasn't been chosen yet:
Draw 2 Cards
Target opponent discards 2 cards
Demonic Pact deals 4 damage to target creature or player and you gain 4 life
You Lose the game
Is this card worthwhile using or not? I can see some play using Shifting Loyalties or Daring Thief but that's about it. Any ideas?
Ok so I wrote down what the card does already on the thing. It's called demonic pact. Somethings is up with the site I think.

I like it. A lot of value...draw 2 cards, gain 4 life, deal 4 damage to target creature or player, and target opponent discards 2 cards? It's like an ultimatum for 
.
I'm sure they'll be a way to bounce it back to your hand or sacrifice it repeatedly for more value.

APPLE01DOJ has a good idea. i honestly dislike this card but it seems fun,gives you noting but value!
