Well that's a little frustrating for my angel tribal deck. On the plus side there are some sweet new angels in the set.

"Until end of turn, creatures your opponents control lose hexproof and shroud and can't have hexproof or shroud."

Why is the card worded like this? If the creatures lose hexproof and shroud until end of turn, doesn't that mean they can't have it? Is the second part of the wording to prevent a creature from gaining back hexproof or shroud from another effect?
