Here is a link to From the Vault: Annihilation, the next in the From the Vault series. 15 "brutal" cards.

I'm betting board wipes and eldrazi.

Hope there's no Grislebanned in there!

I'm really hoping we'll see some solid Modern and EDH staples. Eldrazis would be perfect, as would Damnation .

But he's banned in almost every format.

...and by nearly every format, I mean EDH where he would be awesome.

And more importantly, he has not a single thing to do with 'Annihilation' in any meaningful sense.

Doomsday ! I'd like to see that card in the spotlight again. It's been a long time, and I think it'd be appropriate themewise, and provide a contrast to a pile of boardwipes.

I would very much love an alternate-art Jokulhaups . Red has the silliest board wipes.

beakedbard, what's interesting about Obliterate is that the original flavour text of the card was actually quite sad but made for a beautiful story. it always bothered me that they changed the flavour text to something comical but rather meaningless. it's almost haunting how they changed it, really. see original: http://magiccards.info/in/en/156.html. then again, i'm just a sappy Vorthos :P
