Im not sure how to link images, but here is the link

Flying, Vigilance

Whenever a dragon you control attacks, tap target non land permanent your opponents control. it doesn't untap during their next untap step.

5/6

I don't like it at 7 mana. I think a 5 mana version would have been playable, but 7 seems too much for what it does

I agree Bolas. I was waiting for this one, as if it was decent it could have been used as a finisher in my Jeskai deck, but i'd rather just keep using Pearl Lake Ancient

I see this having very fringe play in edh but that's about it.

I think a deck could exist in standard with this card if and only if there are a bunch of cheap dragons in these colors. otherwise, this guy just sucks

pretty much that. cheap and decent enough to play. since white and blue aren't normal dragon colors i doubt they will get very playable dragons.

Very reminiscent of Archon of the Triumvirate. I think if it tapped-down 2 permanents, it would be more worth it, but for 7 mana in 2 colors, no thanks.

I don't know, I have a feeling all the colors may have some cheap dragons soon, but that's just speculation. Still not a huge fan at 7 though

I definitely don't like it at seven. It's effect isn't that strong, but it could be good in limited Bant, with the right ramp.

7 mana, no protection in any form, barely interacts with the opponent. 4/10. Points scored for 6 toughness and vigilance. 7 drops that die to 2 mana removal without interacting with the board in a long term way (ie. spreading +1/+1 counters, destroying things etc.) are bad.

Yeah, this is a pure limited card.

Most of the dragons have disappointed me thus far. I think the only ones that haven't are the and the dragons. One has protection, the other has the new Dash mechanic, which I think is cool.

Is it just me or does it look like Lugia the pokemon? Lazy design all around

YES! My girlfriend said the exact same thing.

Very nice art regardless.

I think even for 7mc I'd still try it out as a casual commander.. Reason being - it lends to a certain degree of complexity in shaping the board prior to casting. I think it could be fun to strategize a deck around. As for actually playing that deck... might be a different story lol.
