One crazy idea

So as I was working today I was thinking about xenagod and elspeth and the now confirmed ajani and remembered how ajani is from naya and the bad guy xenagod is 2/3 naya and that we've never seen a R/G ajani. So my crazy idea is that elspeth is not able to beat xenagos and then ajani comes in and destroys him, now we've got a theros with 14 gods the gods then choose ajani to replace xenagos as the R/G god thus allowing wizards a full circle completed story of theros. There's my crazy idea anyone think they can top it? Go ahead and point out issues with my idea after all it's just a speculation

Ajani is primarily white, and most of his design and lore revolve around having the characteristics of being primarily strong in white mana. I doubt Ajani would ever become R/G.

Yeah, I frankly doubt we'll see an Ajani without white in him. Maybe we might see a W/G Ajani, but I doubt that too. Though Ajani Vengeant is proof that our furry friend has some leeway to his mana hue.

That would be fun, however highly unlikely. I think the defining proof was the mono white card- Ajani's Presence . However, I am not disregarding the possibility of a W/G or W/R ajani.

Also, if ajani was G/R, gruul and jund mosters would be waaaaay too over powered. (Feat. garruk, ajani, domri, xenagos for starters just with the planeswalker base)

Yeah...R/G doesn't need more planeswalkers right now. I'm leaning towards G/W with everyone else now that there's a new mono-white mythic in Godsend.

JWiley129- and with Iroas, God of Victory being r/w...

Yeah I guess it makes sense to be G/W.

Not planeswalker just god because then there would be 4 R/G planeswalker and 3 of them would standard legal

Why wasn't there a red green God before Bengals?

There had been, because there was a preexisting Temple of Abandon to him/her long before Xenagos assumed godhood. But it had been a long time since that god or goddess had been heard of. The other members of the Theros pantheon seem to be the only ones who know about the old R/G god, but his/her fate seems to be a dark and very uncomfortable secret to all concerned. Whatever the old god's fate, it would seem that whatever caused his/her demise holds the secret to extinguishing any god's existence. Hence the current pantheon's members' silence on the matter. The gods are all too aware of their vulnerability, and the fact that mortals can breach the pantheon and assume godhood certainly means they are less than omnipotent. That's why they declared war on the mortal realm. They fear for their position of ascendancy and are deploying their Nyxborn minions to ensure their rule.

At least, this is my understanding of the Theros lore, as revealed in Wizards material (cards flavor text, fat pack inserts, advertisement cards, novels).

I don't think it would make much sense seeing as ajani is primarily white and since it seems likely that he is the fifth planeswalker in the theros block so it seems very unlikely that they would have two ajanis in the same set

Because having the same character be a God and a planeswalker is ridiculous!!
