why did wizards never print a white and red pact? Pact of Negation, Slaughter Pact, Summoner's Pact where's the others? what do you think they should be?

They did print the other pacts, as previously mentioned. It's just that the others don't see any modern play where as Pact of Negation and Slaughter Pact are modern staples, and Summoner's Pact is used in bloom titan.

Yeah :( I like the idea of an instant-speed 4/4 titan for free, but it's actually kind of useless. Intervention Pact is downright bad.

Actually intervention pact could be a reason to play a bant control or bloom titan deck utilizing Hive Mind, it gives you another way to make your opponent "not able to pay" and lose the game. I also can't believe i'ver never seen Hive Mind + Intervention Pact in a Derevi, Empyrial Tactician combo deck before. Looks like great fun!
I do think the red one isn't ever worth paying though because with Intervention Pact you can at least save yourself from lethal commander damage or perhaps a big storm hit. (Wow...ok this is going to go into the sideboard of any "fair" deck I play in modern just for storm. Grapeshot? More like failshot.)

pact will only prevent one of the grape shot damage. because you have to choose ONE target.

Well, it doesn't target, but you do have to choose one source, and each copy of the spell is an independent source of damage. You'd be better off with Angel's Grace if you really needed that kind of effect, and even that isn't great.

Mindbreak Trap is probably the best against storm.

Hm yeah I notice that Disrupt and Flusterstorm are both vintage so having the one pact in hand wouldn't be enough to save me.

A little off topic, as it has nothing to do with Pacts... but it has to do with 'answers to Storm'.
I'm trying to convince a friend who plays Storm to add Quicken to his sideboard for the mirror match.
- Step 1: ensure you have Quicken and Grapeshot in hand.
- Step 2: don't worry about 'going off', let your opponent go-off.
- Step 3: after they waste 10-15 minutes casting spells and they finally cast Grapeshot, respond with Quicken, then cast your own Grapeshot. - Win with their Storm Count +2.

Its only really worth it if the meta is THAT filled to the brim with Storm players Rayenous. Otherwise you're just clogging up your sideboard with dead slots that would be better utilized against decks that are actually prevalent and hard matchups.
