I may try it out in my GU Devotion build. The flash is cool and I often find myself with a lot of untapped lands on opponents tur

Weird looking artwork, almost looks like a statue. Card wise its interesting and you could call it the AEtherling replacement, but I don't see it being played much.

Why these days make unplayable mythics? Ahh, very disappointed.

Absolutely insane if you land it in Sealed, but in Constructed pretty lackluster.

Okay, this one befuddles me. How does Prowess help it at all? And with that last ability it makes it harder not just to recast, but also to cast your noncreature spells after it. You're not likely going to get to flash it in and get another spell off, so you have to wait till the following turn to get Prowess on it for...what, +1/+1? On that big butt? Not really substantial! So it just seems that not only the Prowess is not particularly helpful, but the card seems designed AGAINST it.

The design of this card, including Flash, Prowess, and uncountable are all explained at the end of this link.

So basically they had the very uncommon scenario of playtesting and happening to both have the 6/7 mythic out, and decided THAT was why Prowess should go on the card. Because Prowess will resolve everyone's bound-to-happen 6/7 Leviathan showdowns!
Seems...narrow... harmless, but narrow...

With the release of every set I look for new merfolk and sea monsters to add to my EDH deck, Zegana, Commander of the Sea. I wasn't really expecting many cards from KTK that would fit my theme so you can imagine I got pretty excited when I found out we were getting a new leviathan. I think the artwork is awesome but the ability is... lackluster, to say the least. It really isn't any better than anything I already have in my deck. I'm kind of sad that it doesn't deserve a spot :(

I will go out on a limb and say this is the new AEtherling . Is it as good? Hell no. But it's immune to all forms of removal and plays well with draw go strategies. The one thing that could hold it back is lack of evasion.

AEtherling was unblockable and you didn't have to cast it again after protecting it. This is hot garbage.

mono blue control is a shell I'm gonna try it in. It's not good for much else, though.

Cool art, at least. I like to imagine Narset just telepathy'd him and they're talking about some deep stuff.

Ok this card isn't relevant today but it will be soon. Control has had some setbacks as off late, but it will make a big come back. This card wins you a control vs control match up they play elsbeth you play this there win con can be countered yours can't yea if they have removal it will get bounced and slow you down but that's not a prob in that matchup. There's really no way to know what elsbeths replacement will be when theros rotates but if there's an appropriate planes walker control player may need this

I give it a big, fat, Meh. It's only Mythic because it's really big and has Flash.
Prowess is technically an upside, but do you really need your 6/7 to get bigger?
It's last ability is also technically an upside, but I've never been keen on bouncing 3 of my lands to save a 7-drop that I now don't have the mana to cast.
