With judge promo releases of new full art lands, I can only assume that full art basic lands will not be released in this set. However, snow lands have a fitting role in this plane, so one can only assume they might come back. Even better, we might get full art snows, something that has been requested. Full arts will come back next set.

On what grounds do you base any claim that full arts will appear in any given set?

Would be great, but it is merely wishful thinking.

Um, snow lands have absolutely zero reason to come back. They weren't there to just look pretty; they interacted with cards that specified that they had to be paid with snow mana and certain mechanics in that block.

Also, other than the judge promos, there is no hinting at full art basics in any expansion set to come yet.

I'm actually very confused. Why do you even say snow lands have a fitting role here? You're the first person I've seen claim this.

the Temur live in tundras, but there are tundras in lots of places in Magic. Doesn't mean snow lands

Yeah, this is a totally baseless claim, which basically equates to "This is what I want, therefore this is what is going to happen".

There's no reason for Snow lands or Full arts to be printed.

To be fair I had heard a reasonable amount of spec about snow lands, but this far into spoilers I don't think we'll have them. As for full arts, fetches are the only land-based part of the set. Zendikar had tons of land interactions to warrant the full arts.

When will we see full arts again, I wonder.

If not in this set, we'll have to wait until we return to Zendikar probably.

Well, Zendikar was the 75th (I believe, could have been some other significant milestone) set released, which was also cause for full arts. So it's definitely possible that the 150th (or whichever) set will have something to do with full arts, zendikar, or whathaveyou.
