When will all the cards be spoiled for KTK? Also, when will the event decklist cone out?
Okay, so by the 14th. That's a few days before the prerelease. So that's cool

They usually start spoiling cards 3 weeks before the prerelease. Then for two weeks they put out spoilers each day, and finally the 3rd week is your chance to really soak in all the information from the set before the prerelease.

As a disclaimer, I'm going to go ahead and assume the previous users answered the question fully enough.
Oh, wow. I didn't even think about what the Event Decks might have in them. Do you think they'd be tricolor, or not? I expect a fetch would be included, but now I want to know what colors the deck would be... I want some good BWx stuff (Either Esper or Abzan.).

I bought the Theros event deck, at the time it wasn't a bad purchase for me but now I don't think I'd spend the money on one. It's definitely a good thing for a new player who learned to play with a friends deck and doesn't know how to actually build one themselves yet though. Gives them something they can learn with and they can experiment by adding and subtracting cards and always know they can go back to the original deck list and have something "functional" as they learn what additions/subtractions work and why.

The event deck appears to be a Mardu (BWR) Deck...
Follow that link and scroll down to products, then select event deck. You can look at the box looks like Mardu Skullhunter on it.

Im not sure about the event deck, but everything will be spoiled by the end of next week. I think they actually finish on Wednesday, but I could be wrong about that. Last time around, wizards had a schedule on their website showing when spoilers started and ended. Im sure you can find one for khans, too
