Nice. An 8-card dig is quite deep, and you can put any creature you find onto the battlefield. And, as a 6-drop in Temur colors, the chances of triggering Tenacious are fairly high. Hmm, yes, I'll gladly put that Scuttling Doom Engine and Sagu Mauler onto the battlefield.

This seems good. Draw 8 cards and play the best one or two.

It feels like a Genesis Wave with less broken possibilities.

Tenacious? Meant Ferocious. Damn you, brain.

See, now I am for certain playing Temur at prerelease. It may not be the best limited format clan, but it's got the best stuff I'll be playing in Standard.

Temur is getting so good right now! I want to see more creatures though, there has to be a 3-drop 4/4 at least.

I will play this. Thanks Wizards. I imagine this is too much to ask for at instant speed, though. :(

Here's a ridiculous sequence for you to enjoy:

Turn 1: Elvish Mystic

Turn 2: Morph Rattleclaw Mystic

Turn 3: Demorph Rattleclaw Mystic , Stormbreath Dragon

Turn 4: See the Unwritten, getting god knows what.

Can you say new Garruk?

September 2, 2014 11:41 a.m.

GoldGhost012 says... #9

What about new Garruk? You can only put creatures onto the battlefield.

What if you hit, like, Polukranos, World Eater and some big RUG fatty they haven't spoiled yet? How does your opponent beat that (if they're on the play, End Hostilities screw you over, but meh)?

September 2, 2014 11:45 a.m.

I love that they are pushing the playing of creatures in every Clan and yet they keep printing awesome removal as well... this is going to be an interesting standard environment for sure.

Hey, I thought of something better. Instead of Stormbreath Dragon , make Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker ! Magical Christmasland for everybody!

If I'm switching over to Temur from Selesnya, I feel much better playing this card over Genesis Hydra since I can't go and get Banishing Light anymore. Card seems sweet!

cool art, amazing in limited, but I just see it as a junk mythic otherwise. Expensive and inconsistent

In a color arrangement specifically devoted to ramp, LordOfDispair? You can play it as soon as turn 4 with it triggering twice, and getting any pair of Stormbreath, Polukranos, Broodmaster, or Scuttling Doom Engine.

Me, I'm going to have Polis Crushers mainboarded to trigger Ferocious reliably on turn 3.
