probably one of those uncommons that ends up kind of expensive. Like Blood Artist .

Might try to fit this into a Pain Seer build, but for anything else she seems just a little too vulnerable to run.
Hell to play against in Limited, though.

Looks like phenax just got a whole lot better as an inspired trigger.

Imagine if Phenax had this ability except it triggered on opponent's upkeep like Mogis's instead off being an inspired ability.

This uncommon is going to be really nasty to play against. I hope I don't see one at the prerelease.

Scry killer... Hand killer... early Flying creature... and possible combo enabler.
Not sure it's powerful enough for Constructed, but I hope I get 3 of these and Phenax in my pre-release.

When combined with Pain Seer , that's a pretty brutal difference in card advantage. Inspired cards are definitely better when they have some kind of evasion.

If U/B control were a thing in Standard I could see this being played. However, since that isn't a thing I'm not going to have much hope. Too bad this is utterly useless in Modern.

U/B control isn't a thing YET, but after BNG, with this, phenax, and the inspired mechanic, U/B control may become a thing.

@ bantam1234 please don't mention Phenax, God of Disappointment :(
Maybe I've been too out of touch with Standard lately, but Phenax doesn't scream "useful!" to me.

It seems Standard playable as a sideboard card for control mirrors. They board out all their removal for counterspells, and you slam this turn 3...

Looks like a fun card to play, annoying as hell to play against.
