Yeah. I found 9 nicol bolas horns in the artwork. If anyone can find any more, please point it out the the comments.
Also, i just noticed how the side pyramids are actually floating...
How about the giant thing in the backround behind the building?

the top circle is a bit unclear. perhaps comment that youre referring to the background (or well whats behind the main pyramid).

Actually, I count 10. Look very closely above the eyes of the "Anubis" statue. It's quite hard to see, but the horns are there.
Also, I don't think the side-pyramids are floating. If you take a closer look, you can see what looks like "ripples." I'd say there's water right under the stairway.

Going out on a limb here, but I'm gonna go ahead and say that the big horns in the back are Bolas himself, herself, itself. Have we gotten a Bolas pronoun yet? Just wondering since isn't the dragon not even the real form of Bolas? He is as old as time itself and all that nonsense...?

capriom85: If thats Nicol Bolas, then he's pretty damn big. I'd say thats not him because if you see the picture, ajani and others are about the size of Nicol's horns, so thats probably not him. unless this is a plane of really small midgets.

I just noticed something. If you zoom right into the obelisks, look at the tip and squint. They all look like they got shapes akin to Bolas's horns. In that case, bump the count to 14.

I assume Bolas IS their god. They're riffing on Stargate.
I also have a small suspicion that the story of Aether Revolt is going to be linked to Amonkhet in some way, such as the opening of a portal between the two worlds, which is why Our Heroes end up going there.
