So far there has been relatively few Mardu cards spoiled compared to Jeskai, Temur, Sultai and Abzan. My question is does this have something to do with the number of Mardu cards in the upcoming sets?

or they just haven't been spoiled yet...

Perhaps it just seemed odd.

dbpunk - you aren't wrong. There hasn't been a Mardu mythic spoiled yet, nor have we seen the Mardu khan. We do have Kolaghan, the Storm's Fury, but she isn't technically Mardu. Remember, they like to do the splashy cards first. And the cards we've seen are DEFINITELY splashy. coughmonasterymentorcough

True so there may be less splashy Mardu tricks than last set.

Here's hoping that there's going to be a few common/uncommon dragons in this set, and they're likely to be in Mardu (red and black at least) colors, so they'll get shown last as a surprise.

its cause the Mardu khan is Chuck Norris and they are saving it for last.

Best reason I've heard all night. All I wanna see is the Mardu khan.

The Mardu mythic that has now been spoiled certainly qualifies as splashy.

Yeah I saw that. Honestly it's a very good card for removal with an extremely splashy ability.
