Honestly a big fan... may test in a vintage deck ;) One that already does stuff with mulligans (Serum Powder)...

It could be. It might be worth testing in a Delver deck or some other spell's deck other then Storm.

Agreed. R&D’s going rate is about 3 scry to 1 card draw, so having 4 “extra” cards in your deck that can also beat down as strong rate 4/4s in the air seems pretty good.
