The Temur Charm is here! It combines removal, counter and gives your creatures the ability to swing for the win! Im sure it will see major play.

this is probably the charm that temur deserves, but not the one it needs right now.

Mardu wants that charm, badly.

Choose one --

Target creature you control gets +1/+1 until end of turn. That creature fights target creature you dont control.

Counter target spell unless its controller pays 3.

Creatures with power 3 or less cant block this turn.

Not a big fan of this charm either.

I really want to like this...I do. I just don't know how I feel about it. I was thinking Temur before but not many of the cards have impressed me.

The only good thing about this charm is Soundclaw Mystic ... wait... What??

That's right, being able to pay to flip over the Mystic and cast this for free will be kinda nice. - Otherwise, I think this is just a little too diverse. All options can be good, but they don't seem to be things you would want 'together' in a deck.

Is this clan supposed to be mid-range, control, or aggro?... This cards hasn't made up it's mind.

...don't know what I put "Soundclaw Mystic"... I meant Rattleclaw Mystic .

I agree w/ Rayenous. It's too scatterbrained.

I almost feel like these charms are like "Ok we'll give this ability to the green part, this ability to the blue part, and this ability to the red part" instead of actually looking at the main playstyle of the clan and adhering to that.

For example, with the 2 color charms like Golgari Charm each ability flowed well with the playstyle of GB. The same can be said for many of the other 2 color charms. Hence, they're actually seeing some Modern play.

Is it just because these are the enemy colored 3 color charms that make them weird? I just feel like none of the charms spoiled so far have that feel that should accompany that clan.

So we have:

A Pit Fight with a bonus for one more mana. Seems fair.

A Mana Leak for one more with an extra cost. Okay.

A pseudo-Scuttling Doom Engine effect to finish. Meh.

I already run Dissolves, this has additional utility, and with Temur being ramp, you're not going to hurt to get the additional mana colors going on. I'd replace the Dissolves with these, if only because of the additional modes you could use it with. More than likely, it'll be used for the Mana Leak.

love this card! an instant speed fight ability?! haven't seen this since the beginning of ravnica, removal is the one thing that my RUG monsters build has been missing.

mana leak for one more?! yes please! a good counter early game, and still playable late-game with the other modes this will give temur a way to out tempo the opponent.

creatures power 3 or less can't block? a way to slam through damage for the win. probably my least favorite mode but i can see the versatility in it.

overall i give this charm a 7.5/10 for versatility and all-around goodiness

@kanofudo

Setessan Tactics ... an instant speed fight ability, with much more playability than the charm.

i've been testing with tactics and it's ok but THIS does more than just let you fight. tactics does not stop a boardwipe
