Wow.... This was sooo obvious! Just look at this:
There have now been 46 standard legal sets since Onslaught. 4+6=10. Onslaught has 9 letters. 10x9= 90. Since there is only 1 Core set left, we then have the number 90+1=91. Khans of Thakir has 13 letters. 91/13=7. And then! Fetches have 7 letters IN THEIR NAME!!!
Why didn't anyone else see this!?
(Totally serious!)

I still think it's very possible that they don't reprint the enemy fetches this block. I know they said they don't want to half cycles of lands anymore but things are very different now than when they said that. We got enemy pain lands and ally fetches, I know those aren't technically a cycle but I believe that this could be what we get. Remember when the new standard format takes place, the first two sets in the Khans block will rotate out before the last set and M16. So these fetches and the pain lands will rotate out at the same time. It's possible these fetches we're printed to add a cycle of allied colored lands just to go with the enemy colored ones we got in M15. Then they can cycle out at the same time and go right into their new 2 set blocks and start up their new cycle for printing things. I mean it's always a possibility they do the full cycle of fetches, I'm just saying that this is always a very real possibility as well.
