Third Ravnica Block Predictions and Speculation

Now that it is known that there shall be a third Ravnica block, I wish to begin speculating about it.
First, I predict that there shall be cycles of both dual lands and mama-generating artifacts, since both of the previous Ravnica blocks contained such cycles.
Second, I predict that each guild shave have two legendary creatures; a leader and a champion, as before.
Third, I predict that each guild have another new mechanic, since the Return to Ravnica block had different mechanics than did the original Ravnica block.
Forth, in terms of story, beyond Bolas's impending invasion, there are numerous other plot lines that still need to be resolved. First, I predict that Teysa shall finally find a way to overthrow the Obzedat and become the leader of the Orzhov guild, or perhaps she may even become the new guildpact. Ral Zarek's true loyalty is still uncertain, and I shall predict that he is actually an unwitting pawn in Bolas's plans, since I do not wish to have another planeswalker being evil and willingly working for Bolas. I also believe that in the aftermath of Bolas's invasion, if Niv-Mizzet survives, he shall be fascinated by Bolas's planar portal and somehow build his own.
As for Bolas, it is difficult to predict if WotC shall actually have the courage to kill him off for real, as the only other planeswalker who has died since planeswalkers became a card type is Venser. On one side, the conflict against Bolas cannot continue forever, but, on the other side, he is a popular character and effective villain, so it may not be a wise idea to truly eliminate him from the story, so I will be more surprised if he really is killed than if he survives but suffers from a crushing defeat.
What does everyone else say about this subject? What are your predictions for the third Ravnica block?

i still don't understand why we're leaving dominaria after only 1 set. especially with an incomplete cycle of the primeval dragons. how are they gonna give us Darigaaz Reincarnated and Primevals' Glorious Rebirth and not give us the other 4 primeval dragons as well?

In my opinion Wizards is going to kill off Gideon, as I think they've been hinting at that for a while now.

Nephilim's make a comeback and they're reprinted as legendary creatures this time. Ex: Yore-Tiller Nephilim.
If giving them the Legendary super-type is too problematic there's nothing stopping them from printing new and upgraded versions of the original Nephilim's and having those new cards be Legendary.

I'm REALLY looking forward to hearing more about the Orzhov - Boros Alliance, which kicked off in this story:
Teysa took a breath, the kind of breath one takes before opening a door from which there is no return.
"I would like to form an alliance with you. A special kind of alliance that requires absolute commitment and dedication."
Tajic smiled as if expecting Teysa's request all along. "You want me to help you run the maze and steal the prize from the insatiable claws of Niv-Mizzet? My pleasure."
"No," Teysa said. "I want you to help me destroy the Obzedat."
and took another step forward in this one, which left us with quite the cliffhanger (Tajic being taken off to an Orzhov dungeon, and Teysa walking to a meeting with the Ghost Council ... with Tajic's sword in hand).

I assume we're going to see them in Core 2019. This is just speculation of course, but ...
- 11 of the 18 Core Sets have set on Dominaria (M10-15 were on Shandalar and ORI was all over), so there's no reason another can't be.
- Core 2019 was originally designed when we still had 2-block sets (DOM was codenamed "soup" and M19 was "salad").

Talltail, Gideon definitely will not die until he returns to Theros to resolve his unfinished business, there.
SteelSentry, a third printing of the shocklands would be nice, to lower their prices even further, as they have become expensive, again, but they are specifically designed to appear in any set on any plane, so them always being on Ravncia would defeat that idea.

My guess is that the first two ravnica sets are gonna fill in what has happened while Jace has been gone (since there not being any form of guildpact might mean that there are consequences) and then bolas will invade in the third set.

Just as a note, Venser is not the only walker that has died. Xenagos died as depicted by Decide and Elspeth died soon after.
Anyway, I hope they will kill off Bolas and maybe a gatewatch or two it kinda takes the tension out of the story when there all invincible.

So far, we know that the third set of the block will be committed to wrapping up the Gatewatch story, and while it will take place on Ravnica, it will not be based around the guilds. It was confirmed at the end of Hour of Devastation that Ral Zarek is working for Bolas, but it could be a similar situation to Vraska. We can also look forward to a showdown between Vraska and Jarad over leadership of the Golgari. Also, given that Bolas has been killed like 3 times already, I don't see him dying permanently right here.
I hope shocklands will make a return, rather than another take on dual lands that are unlikely to see play except as a budget alternative to good duals. Given how recently there have been a slew of legendaries per set, I assume it will be how you said, but I'd much rather have a well written original character than another Niv-Mizzet or Teysa card.
