Dear sweet jesus, how did I not hear about this?

Probably ancient news here though.

Might make owning a set of the original dual-lands a bit more affordable...

Lol I thought the same thing a few months ago

"SWEET LAWD HAVE MERSAY! THE RESERVED LIST IS FINALLY GONE!"

...then I saw it was for MtG:O only. Still, I'm really considering making an account. The set looks like it's awesome to draft. Vintage is a really cool format to boot. It'd be nice to finally play it on something other than MWS where people know the rules or where you can play in tournaments.

I'm not sold, may eventually make an account though.

I live in Dundee in Scotland, no-one really here to play EDH, and the local brick-and-mortar shop is standard only. Too impractical to travel to the major cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh...

I think everyone had that moment when they heard of Vintage Masters for the first time Alonzo, so don't worry. And while this would be INSANE in paper (and there is no set redemption like for regular sets) I still think this will be really fun to draft. Just looking at the spoilers makes me giddy.

For those of you turning your nose up at this because it is digital... I hope a couple of years from now I hope you are not regretting investing in the digital game. I started playing with paper but my schedule and location doesn't allow me to go to cards shops to play so I switched to digital exclusively. I kick myself for not buy the last masters addition when it came out until.... Vintage Master. I am amped and have been saving up cash for this release. I can't wait to load up on all of these $50-$1000 cards at "in print" prices. Then a few years I can cash out when they sky rocket in value. If you don't want to invest that is your prerogative. But even if you don't play on line much do you think it is not worth investing in. The digital cards have real cash value to all those people who actually do play.

As a paper player, I'm investing in this set also. I plan to dump a couple hundred into it.

I dabble in MTGO but I'm going to dump some bank into this set in sealed product at least. It can only go up over time.
