What would you like to see in the next Plane?

I'd really like to see another Snow Age set.
Ice Age 2 or something like that.
What about you?
Sure. Think of a drowned permanent like a shadow just beneath the surface. You can't tell what it is, so being in the open ocean you assume it's at least mildly dangerous out of safety.

I guess that sorta makes since... that's an interesting interpretation. I like it.

I would very much like to see a return to both Ulgrotha and Kamiagwa, so that WotC can prove that a product set on those planes can be done well.
My most-desired idea to explore would be a Norse mythology-themed plane, since WotC has already had a Greek mythology-themed plane in Theros. I also would like to see both an ancient Egypt-themed plane and a native American-inspired plane, as well, since those are ideas that could be interesting, if they are executed well.

It would be cool if they had a plane where everything was legendary... I'm sot sure about the flavor but it would be cool

Well based on how the current story is going one into another, Nahiri might go to Kaladesh and the Gatewatch goes after her. I hope that this is not the case, but with the current storywriting, it is possible.

It would also be cool if there was a plane where everything was alive. Trees would be tree folk, the earth would be a huge elemental...

I would like to see a setting that centers on multiple schools of magic competing against each other, akin to the Triwizard Tournament from the Harry Potter series.
Another interesting idea would be a setting that has a "fire versus ice" theme, although that alone may be too limited of a concept for an entire block.

Egyptian and/or Norse themed planes could benefit from the return of the devotion mechanic, which could help devotion decks in modern become more competitive and varied.
WHOA!
Egyptian, Norse, and maybe Indian themed blocks, staggered out, then have an Avengers style conglomeration block sure they all (including Theros) slug it out for supremacy!
Call it "Age of Civil War's Devotion"!
Yeah!
God I'm a nerd...

I'd love a planeschase type set. Kind of a: "check in on your favorite planeswalkers" thing while the Jacetice League chases Nicol Bolas or the Phyrexians around the multiverse.

I would love to see a block based on instants and sorceries. We've had creature, enchatnment and artifact-based blocks... I mean, come on!
Also, a Mesoamerican-themed block could be cool; WotC has shown enough cultural sensitivity that I'd trust them to pull it off without making it... uncomfortable.

perhaps instants and sorceries that can be recast from graveyard into creatures, kinda a crossover from flashback?

@Twanicus: Whoa, that's actually a really cool idea and you could combine those two ideas I just had. Totemism is common in the mythology of tribal societies, so that kind of fits the theme; the creatures are a manifestation of some spiritual power, perhaps.

They can already also be manifested.
