Will Khans of Tarkir be reminiscent of Time Spiral?

With the upcoming ability "Prowess" on cards like Dragon-Style Twins , the storm ability from Time Spiral will definitely be used a bit more in modern. But I was thinking, could it come back in Tarkir? With its obvious synergy with Prowess, it could be a possibility.
But that's not it, another ability from Time Spiral is morph, which has already been spoiled in KTK. And the same with Delve, which seems to be the new Sultai ability.
It doesn't end there. It has already been said that the plot of KTK will include a time travel element. Just like Time Spiral.
So I guess, my question is, will KTK be similar to Time Spiral? If so, then will it be too similar? Will the much speculated return of the mechanic Flanking (also in Time Spiral) appear in KTK? What are your thoughts?

Long answer: nooooooooooooooo.
First, storm is never coming back ever. Not as long as Mark Rosewater works at Wizards of the Coast. Second, there are 6 mechanics in KTK, morph, and 1 per clan. We already know all of these mechanics, so there will be none of the ones from time spiral coming back.

Also also, storm does actual nothing for Prowess, as you don't cast copies of the spells, they're just put on the stack.

Then someone needs to explain to me how storm decks work.

You cast a whole bunch of spells that generate mana such as Pyretic Ritual so that you can chain them together and then cast something like Past in Flames or Ad Nauseam to increase the amount of spells you can cast. Once you've cast a sizeable number of spells, you cast your single storm spell Tendrils of Agony or Empty the Warrens or Grapeshot and kill someone by the spell being copied when you cast it. The spell is only cast 1 time, and the copies of the deck are placed on the stack when you do. Without things to generate mana so you can get a good storm count, the decks don't really work at all.

Storm decks and Prowess decks will win in similar ways, but the best analogy would be the Blistercoil Weird storm deck. Cast a bunch of spells, then attack with a 20/20. Prowess will work similarly except they get a buff from other noncreature spells too.

Also time spiral was supposed to showcase future mechanics and future cards so it is very different than the time travel mechanic in khans of tarkir
