This game shall soon be visiting the plane of Zendikar for a third time in Zendikar Rising, and Mark Rosewater has said that that set shall be more akin to the first Zendikar block than the Battle for Zendikar block, which is acceptable, but I really hope that the story does not skip over the plane healing from the cataclysmic battle against the Eldrazi. The entire plane was almost destroyed, so I really hope that this set shows the aftermath of that battle, and how the plane and its inhabitants are recovering.
What does everyone else say about this subject? Will Zendikar Rising show the aftermath of the battle against the Eldrazi?

I'm sure there may be minor Eldrazi leftover to clean up, and the story may take a deeper dive into Eldrazi lore. I don't think there will be a super heavy focus on them though. WotC knows people were pretty tired of them.

WHAT ABOUT THE GOBLINS????? I'm sure you've all noticed in the art, how different the goblins look in both Zendikar blocks! WHY? How are the new Zendikar goblins gonna look. This is mind boggling.

Hard to say. I think the question is do they want to go back to Eldrazi again?. Obviously nothing big, but perhaps minor eldrazi to clean up. This opens the door for devoid and wastes to return. On the other hand Nissa skipped out on the Gatewatch to see to her home plane (Zendikar) and it could skip over the part where she works to heal the land and start thereafter with everyone rebuilding and factions vying for control maybe. Ob Nixilis could try to throw a wrench in her plans again... the possibilities are endless.
