Back into standard - with Decimator of the Provinces

Hey y'all,

last time I played standard it was in the Theros-Block with See the Unwritten + Atarka, World Render + Xenagos, God of Revels.Now, with the release of Decimator of the Provinces, i want to come back into the format, but I don't know the best shell to put this guy in.
I thought about g/b rites/sacrifice as a shell because it provides fast mana and value creatures to sacrifice. i also thought about plain 4c rites.
Budget is not relevant. I'm just looking for the best green deck to play that does not contain 300 tokens.

G/B Elves is probably at least a tier 2 strategy and with the decimator might push them to tier 1.5. Another shell I saw people contemplating is G/W Tokens, using the decimator to eat a large token producer to pump the team and finish the game.
