Bant Midrange Aggro/Control Advice

I'm usually a straight aggro player... poetry through brutal efficiency and all that... however with BFZ coming up, I'm contemplating putting together a more controlly midrange deck that still focuses on the creature aggro that I love so much... but has control to back it up (which is something I know next to nothing about).

This is what my brain has come up with... the sideboard I'm still mostly hazy on, especially what to do against fast RDW who can get out before I can get built... any/all suggestions welcomed.
