Blue Artifact Build

Does anyone have a Good artifact build right now? It seems like any artifact Build right now should be playing blue but is their enough reason to play red or black along side blue? also is it worth playing Sage of Lat-Nam ? There seem to be a lot of good card for this kind of build, so it would be a shame for no one to play it.

Dimir Artifact-walkers

Here is something I threw together, basically just using artifacts together with a bunch of strong planeswalkers we have in standard currently. Also I'm not a huge fan of Sage of Lat-Nam , I think Sai, Master Thopterist is a better creature to be playing that'll both create artifacts for you as well as sacrifice them to draw you cards.
