Hello, I've recently made Penny Pincher, and as it's one of my first decks, I'm not entirely sure how much it sucks. I would very much appreciate if anyone would like to review it or make suggestions on how it can be improved.
Thanks for the feedback. I'm still rather new, so it helps to get outside perspectives on everything. And just to double check, I take it you're proposing replacing Syr Elenora with Faerie Vandal? (I take it this also then changes the deck to require some more control elements in order to protect it while it gets going?)

Faerie vandal is cheap, flash, and can easily become a 5+ power creature if not dealt with. I’m sorry to say this, but this deck sucks and should only be played in casual games. If you are trying to play this on arena, I would try to go into the draw 2 theme. I hope this info helps.
