Can This Kitty Have Claws?

I decided to make a Harmless Offering deck, where the big win con is giving your opponent Demonic Pact or causing them to take way too much damage with Goldnight Castigator Of course, building a deck with just those cards will not be viable. That's where you come in.

I think I did a decent job with an aggro burn deck to help build up into the big kill with Offering. But, are there any cards you think would fit better than any of the ones I have now?

This is somewhat a budget deck, so I'd say nothing pricier than around 15.

Any suggestions?
