I've had a cat deck build since HOU was released. i've been messing with it during standard tournaments in order to make it competitive and worth playing, however i either make a change that makes it slower or i make a change that makes it not work the way it was planned. I'm hoping to keep cards that will rotate out.
What would you guys add or remove? i want to have it to play regularly from now on if it can do well enough.
