So Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Quasiduplicate go infinite right? a two card combo isn't terrible but at the same time is it good enough for a deck? And if so how does it win?

Even if your Narus die to the legend rule, an ETB trigger ( Ajani's Welcome , for example) would still go infinite.

No, it is not infinite, you need a third piece to actually do anything with your copies, for example ral.
BUt why play bad cards like those Naru Meha and Quasiduplicate, while you can play ral with 2x Expansion / Explosion , which are infinitely better cards.

I knowit's win more and not related to the question but Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Release to the Wind with the new God-Eternal Oketra is infinite tokens.

There are a ton of other ways to do this. Also, you need something else, because legendary means only one exists at the end.
