This is the Deck, thanks for your opinion! :Could This Be A Tournament Winning Standard Deck?
Or, it could very well be a tournament winning deck. Nobody has played with most of these cards. But do drop the spectral shepherd for anafenza as suggested and add 2 Hallowed Moonlight in the sb.

Deck looks good. I commented. UW Spirits will likely replace GW tokens in standard. I'm fairly confident someone will Top8 at SCGCOL with it.

I've been running something similar at FNM and it honestly requires you to mulligan aggressively because if you don't hit the ground at a dead sprint you're just going to get trounced by GW tokens, mono-W humans, 4 color company, and just about anything with more than a couple removal spells.

Anafenza had been awful in playtesting. Double white on curve is tough, no evasion is bad in this deck, the ability is slow to develop. I do not suggest anafenza.
I highly recommend reflector mage, though. I know it's not a spirit. It's still one of the best tempo plays you can make in standard right now.
I also suggest avacyn. Flash, easily triggered with selfless soul and mausoleum wanderer, and dodges spell queller.
Always watching has been good against other spirit decks on x mage, but otherwise has under performed.
Ojutai's Command deserves 1-2 spots as well. It works really well with mausoleum wanderer and rattlechains.

I feel like spirits will have a hard time winning big tournaments as its power level is actually pretty low even though its tempo and sustainability is very high. Smaller tournaments and even some bigger ones in the right hands then yeah I think it can. I dont know if that is the perfect list though mainly the 3 mana 2/2 that bounces a spirit should probably be dropped for main deck anafenzas
