Could this deck work in today's Standard Meta?

Here's my deck I wasn't completely sure on what else should be in this deck. Like I wasn't sure if i should be playing Anticipate (to draw pieces of the combo) or Expedite (draw + making Sylvan Advocate and Abbot of Keral Keep hasty.) Should I even be playing Sylvan Advocate, or should he be replaced with another Prowess creature? Should I be playing more counterspells? And if so, which ones?

I am not sure if it is just me or not, but your link is not working.
Considering the cards you said you have and that you are unsure about It's probably a good guess to assume you are running Temur colors? If so I would suggest not running green and just sticking to red and blue. It is simply faster and more efficient.
Playing Temur color is fine but I feel it is stronger in a build running Collected Company, but in the style of deck you are playing I would suggest, again, to stick to blue and red.
Anticipate is a fine card, I don't think it's absurdly good, but it is definitely a good card, and while you wouldn't have too many issues running it, you have better options available to further aid your strategy.
In order to dig deep into your deck you want can trips like Expedite, as you yourself suggested, as well as Slip Through Space. Another card that is really nice to dig in prowess decks, because of how many spells you are chucking, is Treasure Cruise, it really shouldn't be hard to often cast it for just 
.

If that's the case than neither Expediter nor Anticipate work well in the deck, espe ially since you would need to splash blue just for that.
If that is the deck using Read the Bones and Painful Truths would work fine. You already have Abzan Charm that works for card advantage as well, and Chandra in the late game.
Although something tells me that may not be the deck since he mentions the use of Abbot and I dont think anyone would consider splashing blue just for Anticipate.
