Hello everyone, I'm currently trying to build myself a nice competitive mill deck, but it seems i'm having trouble putting it all together, and i'm not sure what cards i should use to prevent my enemy from getting too much of a head start on me, until I can start milling with cards like sphinx's tutelage.I see a lot of decks splashing other colors for this sort of thing, but I want to do something different. 200$ is my Max, and so far I have it at 106$.
