Evolutionary Leap of Abzan?

With the rise of the Hangarback Walker in all decks willing to cram the fellow in I feel that cards that can capitalize on the tokens and Walker itself in some way should be considered to further boost the power of any deck that runs green. I think that a card well worth looking at is Evolutionary Leap in a midrange/control deck for Abzan that can sacrifice the thopter tokens or other mana dorks in search of getting much stronger creatures. The semi-tutor would, at least for budget builds, prove really strong for the Abzan color pie. Even if you don't have the money to play Hangarback Walkers you could still play cards like Elvish Visionary for some card draw before using it to search for another creature. Thus getting value off of any creature in the deck. Something I wanted to see if anyone would find interesting to do, at least on a budget.
