First tournament Deck

Hi all

I am doing my 1st 'casual tournament' at our local hobby shop so rather than trying to get a top deck like mardu vehicles, zombie etc I decided to go with something a bit different ... a mono blue mill deck 'That Player'

Would appreciate any feedback, I have played kitchen table versus a friend and its generally been very succesful. I can't afford to get any expensive cards so this is mainly stuff I got from boosters although my friend has offered me a playset of Thing in the Ice  ^Flip which although not mill could work well in the deck I reckon.

Thoughts?

Well I've had some really constructive feedback (much appreciated) so I've amended the deck. Question now ... to Dynavolt or not? if so, what goes?
