Getting this deck to work better

This is the deck I've been working on for a while, it went 2-2 at the last FNM. It did well, occasionally exploding with huge stuff, but agains 5c it just sort of fell apart. If you guys have any ideas on how to make this deck win more consistently, mainly against 5 color and the like, i'd really appreciate it.
