Need some tips on fine tuning this deck You wanted those cards?

I wanna stick with the concept of milling with sphinx's. I am willing to drop a color entirely (most likely black unless I can find a reason to stick with it).

A problem I've noticed when playtesting is that I'll often have some dead turns where I'll have nothing to do except pass a turn. It feels as though the threats in my deck don't have targets.

I agree with Censuring in suggesting to use Pyromancer's Goggles and Magmatic Insight.

I would also use Oath of Jace as an added draw engine and protection from Dromoka's Command.
