Handling Tokens in Bant

Looking for something to deal with 1/1s in BANT colors.

End Hostilities gets my own guys too. Polymorphist's Jest would help against the mono blue I just played so I could at least block but in most spots I'm kind of toast.

I have Hornet Nest but no good way to blow him up myself unless I throw in Epic Confrontation to make him fight my other dudes.

This is in a Green Ramp to Hexproof shell.

Polukranos, World Eater is good if you ramp enough.
