Help me to help my friend!

Standard Deck Help forum

The first thing I'm going to say is I really do not play standard.

My friend recently started playing the game, and he wants to participate in standard FNMs, but doesn't own his own deck. I have a ton of standard cards that I'm just not using and this is what I came up with for him. It's cheap, I really don't know how it works, but his budget is around 50 dollars for a deck, not including what I had already made him here.

Any suggestions are appreciated, I know absolutely nothing about the format. I just want to introduce him to the game so he can have some fun!

P.S. I have four extra Collected Company fthat I am 100% willing to give him. So if there is a cheap deck to be made with the collected company before it rotates, that'd be awesome too!

Standard isn't for me

Easy Money, Bant Humans. Great deck and the most expensive thing is the CoCos.

Here is a good build that went top 8 at GP Minneapolis that he can easily drop a few cards and make it very affordable (Sideboard Nissa's, Knight of the White Orchid, and a few others are not necessary in the deck if he doesn't want to pay but they do help) it is the same type of deck as basic Bant company, you try to put out a ton of creatures that when they enter they control the board and win that way Reflector Mage, Tireless Tracker, and even Lambholt Pacifist  Flip can become nasty (Dromoka's Command using the +1/+1 counter on Lambholt Pacifist  Flip and making it fight a lesser creature is a beautiful combo that nullifies Pacifists hindering ability.)

Thalia's Lieutenant makes this deck deadly because she can enter the battlefield and instantly boost everything or become boosted by a CoCo. This is a fun deck. I hope he likes it.
