My Deck Inner Spark needs some help it was built to be rotation ready so it has none of the cards rotating out in it.
Less then a month is not plenty of time, and its always better to prepare for rotation early so you have a head start on the new meta.

Battle for Zendikar is scheduled to release on October 2nd. You have almost two full months to play in the current standard - I'd suggest you use the full card pool or you'll have a hard time competing at even FNM level events.
You won't have a "head start on the meta" until Battle for Zendikar has been fully spoiled. There will likely be new format-warping cards released.
I would advise against Rattleclaw Mystic. Shaman of Forgotten Ways would be a better replacement for Sylvan Caryatid. But who knows... We could get Birds of Paradise in Battle for Zendikar, making either choice sub-par.

Here's the issue with not playing with cards that are rotating: A) your power level goes down quite a bit, B) you still have plenty of time to use the cards, why not use them while you can and their price isn't super high, C) there's no way to tell right now what the meta will look like post rotation or even if Abzan will still be a viable competitor.
