I was fortunate enough that my promo card was Angel of Sanctions. I also opened 2 Winged Shepherd. I was hoping for some help with a decent Standard FNM deck that could include them. Roughly around $100 would be great. I'm open to any color combinations but I like Black and Blue particularly.

Argeaux Blue/White or Black/White. Sorry. I know "budget" decks aren't easy. Being a college student, money is hard to come by. I mean, I have other decks ideas. It'd be cool to have a Blue/White flyers deck. Or a Blue/Black deck of some kind.

i would say if you have drake haven. Its pretty budget. but I would go more on the bant side so you can have a few answers to the larger decks. but cycle bant sounds pretty good. and all decks could be played on budget. I play a budget tower that is pretty good.

Knight_of_Aces which colour combo is your
P-R-E-F-E-R-E-N-C-E, as I asked above?
I'm not building you two decks. One is going to be difficult enough, and is already doing you a solid favour, because you should really be building your own.

I made a deck for you.
I haven't priced it, but fairly sure it will meet your budget.
Copy it to your account ASAP, as I am going to delete it by the end of the week.
From now on you will need to build your own deck, then ask for help tweaking it.
It's what we all had to learn, and it makes you a better player imo.

But ... Angels are
So how do we help you to build a deck with them?
OR did you mean that you'd prefer either a or Angel deck?
If so, which one is your preference?
It's going to be quite tricky to build a "decent Standard FNM deck" with a budget of $100.
It will mean that you won't be able to include some of the best Sideboard cards, and mana fixing lands.
Not meaning to be difficult, and I will certainly have a go at building you a deck, but it's quite a tricky task you've set.
