Help with Sideboard (and in general)

I'm not an avid standard player, so I need a lot of help. I'm building a Jund -1/-1 counters deck for fun, and need help with the sideboard. Right now it's just a couple random cards that might be good, so heeelp!

I'd also like just general feedback on the deck itself and things I could cut/replace/add to make it better. It is a budget tho since I won't play it a lot.
