I'm going to Grand Prix San Diego, and I want try and take my Temur deck Temur Midrange able to stand up to the top decks. My goal is to make it to day two. I could use some help with the deck, I'm doing ok at my local tournaments, but not good enough for a grand prix.

Okay, Take out two or at least one Surrak Dragonclaw from your side board. As a legendary that can only hit the battlefield one at a time you would never want to be in a situation of drawing too many.
Look at Sagu Mauler he has trample and hexproof and can ramp himself with a morph. Midrange can struggle against control decks and hexproof removes a lot of those problems. When Surrak Dragonclaw is not the answer against a control bounce effect or an enchantment like pacifism Sagu is. The two together can often wreck a Control decks plans. Also look at Gaea's Revenge.
Possibly look at Clash of Wills
Lastly midrange Temur wants Ramp. You don't seem to have any. Though you actually have very few big CMC creatures. Still you might have troubles with Mana colour fixing or getting enough Mana fast enough. Your best case scenario one land a turn for the first 5 turns. Look at Whisperer of the Wilds or betterRattleclaw Mystic or Elvish Mystic since you obviously have some M15 cards.

I've found big Temur to be pretty successful! You can find the decklist here.
Your build looks to be more aggro than midrange. I'd consider Stubborn Denial and Crater's Claws. Temur Charm was too slow to me and it clashes so hard with Savage. Draconic Roar is another great direct damage spell. Might need a bit more dragons but 8 isn't bad to turn it on a decent amount of time.
The new Jace & Nissa have been shinning for me, providing some amazing card advantage and allowing you to see way more of your deck than your opponent generally will. Plus Jace looks like he works well with Monastery Siege.
Good luck brewing and at the GP! I'm holding out that Temur will shine before rotation. Let me know what you think of my deck when you have a chance.
