ive build a midrange deck:BWR's bag of fun things..
Its my first midrange deck in avery long time since i normally play ctrl.
And while it may sound stupid i have no idea how to fight against it without some countermagic of my own.
I get my creatures killed before they deal a single point of damage. And when i run out of them im practically topdecking and my opponents draw and im out of stuff to do resulting in losses.
Ive only played against myseld since im still in the developing stages but its a issue i havent figured out yet.
I tried adding more discard to remove their wincons. it resulted in them using carddraw to draw into new wincons before i could remove them.I tried discard to remove their carddraw instead. Resulted into a slower game but lost since i couldnt draw into removal needed.
Ive tried this with and without using my sideboard. with sideboard it became better but i couldnt pull a win out with it.
Currently sideboard choises vs ctrl are:
+2 Ruinous Path, +2 To the Slaughter and +1 Duress
-2 Fiery Impulse, -2 Languish and -1 Ultimate Price
But if i want to swap more im capable of adding up to 3 more cardslots by removing another Languish, Price and Nihiri. If i remove Path from the side id get 4 slots tops to deal with ctrl but thats it.
One way to beat a Control deck is to play as many Creatures/spells as you can on every turn.
They can usually only begin countering spells one at a time for Turns 2-4, so get stuff happening then.
is usually a good colour for this.
You're also going to need card draw if you're playing a lot of spells, or as you said you will end up top decking.
I'll take a look at your deck and see if I can make any suggestions.

Sagi007 here is the link for the best article I have ever read. It really help to tune our deck and beat decks that we normally have difficulties. http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/370207/what-i-know-about-magic-gathering If you are not interested at the beginning, skip it until you saw a little graphic. I found it really interesting, and I refer to it for every deck that I build. Give me some news after you read it and we can discuss about it.

Well, you can't beat them all, you know.
Why do you run 4 Languish main, when 11 of your 15 creatures die to it? My suggestion, and I am by no means a Standard expert, is to change up the creatures you run.
Place all copies of Languish in the SB.
Avacyn and Mindwrack demon make no sense - the angel is a 4/4 flying vigilance flash for 5, which is decent, but not impressive or threatening, while you have a measly 5 card types total for mindwrack demon. If you take 4 from it at any of the game, you are likely dead.
Dragonlord Kolaghan is a much better threat vs control decks and it will be easier to cast than avacyn in the deck.
Another idea is to add creatures with more lasting value - Hangarback Walker and Pia and Kiran Nalaar are to tough to deal with for control decks, because they leave behind something after they are killed.
A third idea is to run more ETB-effects creatures, like Goblin Dark-Dwellers.
