Buying my first serious standard deck for FNMs. I'm on a 50 budget for this deck, and I was heavily considering Rakdos Vampires. Any other deck suggestions?

On that budget you wont have access to Collected Company, but you could play RG werewolves anyway. Mostly uncommons and a few junk(ish) rares so should be fairly cheap. Also, nice, easy manabase.

There's always mono-blue Brain in a Jar (which is super cheap).

Just to help you get your expectations a little more in line with Standard at the moment, if you bought a "serious" deck for FNM it would set you back about AUD$500 (don't know what it would be in US$, but I'm sure someone will know).
That would buy you a Tier 1 deck that has made the Top 8 in a Pro Tour.
The next Tier is quite expensive as well. It took me about AUD$150 to put my Tier 2 Cast a Shadow deck together, and I already had some of the more expensive cards.
The other decks being suggested on here are Tier 2-3 and are somewhat cheaper. However that also means that they won't win as many games, depending on what is being played locally.
That'a not to say that you can't build or find a rogue deck that can smash the game wide open, but it is rare.
Good luck.

Argeaux 500 AUD is about 362.99 American dollars and 150 about 108.90, according to Google. Quickbuild: Budget Briarbridge Combo (~$10) is the earlier deck I referenced.

B/R vamps is a decent deck but it gets murked by any higher deck pretty bad IMO. It can be made somewhat competitive and I feel it will get better with Eldritch moon but cards like Olivia, Mobilized for War, Drana, Liberator of Malakir, and Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet make that deck worthwhile to run and even with them it might struggle because those creatures are easily removed. The archetype is 1-2 powerful cards away from becoming great, just like werewolves, and I speculate we will see something to help these Aggro archetypes in the next set. Either is a good build if you want to grow the deck next set but again it could be a gamble
For a cheap fix right now:
It might cost a little more money but Devils Goggles (Mono Red) is a very good, fun, token deck archetype to play that can win and surprisingly the Blues Clues Mill Deck (Mono Blue) Strictly Better Mtg (great YouTube channel for deck ideas) did a video on is pretty effective for a $25 deck. Both these deck being mono helps that price out a lot.
Hope this helps.
