I need help with Sideboard against control.

I really have been having trouble with recent control decks with my deck here : Look At Your Life, Now Back At Mine {3/1 at FNM}, its mainly the deal that they would continue to destroy my creatures in the early game to ramp up their mana, and then proceed to play cards like Elspeth or Silumgar in order to win. Any help would be great!
