I think I'm Confused

I'm looking to make my B/W Ally standard deck more competitive with SOI - but when I test play it out it feels like strategy wise I'm moving away from Rally synergies that create lifegain.

Do I throw in more Ayli and focus on flyers with Odric, Lunarch Marhsall along with a brigade of flyers?

Which goes to show I think I'm just confused on which strategy I'm trying for. Any thoughts - suggestions would be great. Thanks!
