Is it possible to build Atarka Red with Blue splash?

I quit Standard and moved to Modern and I'm not as familiar with actual metagame as before. After OGW Spoilers something caught my attention. If it possible to build typical Atarka Red but with little blue splash for some new cards??
I tried to put some cards together, but I have difficulties with manabase and I'm unsure if it would be as consistent as Red-Green version.
Atarka Blue

I know about it but Atarka Blue sounds better to me.

Atarka's Clan - How Temur should've been
It might need finetuning, but we're on a good way here.

Hate me for being nitpicky - but the reason Atarka Red was referred to as Atarka red is because it was literally just RDW (Red Deck Wins) with green splash for Atarka's Command when it first showed up.
So it was Red, but instead of being jerks with the name like they were with "BANT HEROIC" (I absolutely despised that name), they decided to recognize it was a red deck and put Atarka in there to acknowledge the one reason for Green. It also had the added bonus of sounding cool. Because lets be real, Atarka is a cool name.
But Atarka Blue does sound fancy. I'll leave you alone now. :D

Well, Atarka, as she stands, is g/r. So Temur is pretty much Atarka Blue. The name is not "wrong". :p

Yeah and I gathered that. I think LastAssassin47 just hates people and wishes he was a dragon. :P

TMBRLZ I would like to be a dragon, but it's no Izzet dragon to identify with :(

I am brewing an izzet deck without the green.
Best combo: Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest + Titan's Strength + Slip Through Space for unblockable 16 damage, a scry, and a following card draw on turn 4.
I think it has a chance of being competitive.
